This Airport Sniffer Dog Prefers Sausages Over Drugs

The airport in Manchester, England is the third largest in the UK and it employs six detector dogs who live in brand new kennels and everything. And judging by how much it cost to build the new kennels – over $1.5 million – the dogs lack nothing.

Everything would all be fine and dandy if a UK inspection agency hadn’t recently discovered that the dogs haven’t made a single drug bust so far.

Instead, the canine crack team decided to go for sausages and cheese. One team member was particularly interested in meat products.

In the pooch’s defense, his specialty IS detecting animal products.

Also, you can train a dog as much as you want, but it will always be sausages over drugs for them. Even good drugs.

Thanks guys for showing us what’s really important in life!
